We work with energy, vibration and frequency every day, yet most people don’t have any idea what that is exactly or how to work with it. In this class we will explore these concepts and see, feel and experience our energy. We will work on directing our energy, so bring a high vibration as well as a pendulum and/or dousing rods if you have them!
