This morning I am grateful for the women who came and shared yesterday. I am grateful for the lavendar oil which keeps my allergies under control. I am grateful for the gift of laughter and birds singing. I am grateful for the little things in life, like a hot cup of coffee in the morning and the ice water which keeps my body hydrated. I am grateful for my "sister" Heather who has adopted Zoe and I into her family. I am grateful for the time alone with the Infinite and the opportunities to just be.
