This morning I am grateful for my wife who loves and supports me unconditionally. I am grateful my friends Max and Kerry were able to get their basement cleaned out so the repairs they need can be made. I am grateful for waking up again this morning and the energy I have even though I did not sleep well last night. I am grateful for the opportunity to take my medications after breakfast today so I can be pain free again and perhaps take a nap to get some sleep. I am grateful for clean clothes and a roof over my head.
