This morning I am grateful to have woken up one more time. i am grateful for a warm house and indoor plumbing to take a shower. I am grateful for the amazing energy which was present last night at Heidi's group. I am grateful for my being intentional about practicing compassion this month and how it is expanding my connection to the world. I am grateful for friends who tell me what they need.
