This morning I am grateful that my surgery went so well and that I was able to come home last night. I am grateful I was able to walk up and down the hallway this morning with no pain. I am grateful for my wife who stayed with me for 12 hours at the hospital yesterday. I am grateful for Woody and Laura who came by the hospital to visit us. I am grateful to have run into Veronica from the PIC team yesterday who had such beautiful things to say to me and to the Chaplain who prayed with me.
