today i am grateful that karen is getting the medical treatment she needs. I am grateful for alan and Kelleigh and Rosina and their help yesterday. I am grateful for the pain management which helps me through the hard days. I am grateful for that which I have and the ability to release my desire for that which i do not have. I am grateful for the freedom to create what i want with my life.
