Today I am grateful for the releasing of expectations I did not realize I still had. I am grateful for the warmth of a cup of tea on a cold winter morning. I am grateful for the water which hydrates my body. I am grateful for being able to go to the bathroom each day as I no longer take that for granted. I am grateful for the cats who are keeping me company this morning as I give thanks
