This morning I am grateful for the Ultimate Consciousness and my relationship with it. I am grateful for the unbelievable life I have lived and all that I have come through. I am grateful for the umbrellas which keep me and others dry during the rain. I am grateful for the understandings which I have gained in my life. I am grateful for the ugliness which has been removed from my life and environment
