Today I am grateful to have had the parents I did at birth, as foster parents and ultimately those that opened their home and heart. I am grateful to have known my mom and to have been the one who helped send her home. I am grateful for Alyssa opening up to me. I am grateful for the corkscrew which got the wine open last night. I am grateful for the friends who love and support me. I am grateful for my editing skills.
