Today I am grateful for onions — especially whenthey are carmelized. I am grateful for pearl onions and learning how to make a vegan cream sauce as i love pearl onions in cream sauce at the holiday season. I am grateful for oregano and the flavors it brings to the food i make. I am grateful for olives, especially black and kalmata as they are my favorite comfort foods.
