yesterday i had joy in celebrating 14 years of marriage to zoe and next week will be our 24th anniversary. I had joy in helping others. i had joy in eating and enjoying my protein bars. I had joy in watching bird and winter. I had joy in knowing lily’s gift is arriving tomorrow. I had joy in getting up early.
