Today i am inspired by the good work I am doing this month. It is not that I am always intentional about it, but I am intentional about growing and evolving in my own journey. As I work on me, it appears to be blessing others, or so it is being revealed to me. It reminds me of simple lines from a song I ask myself daily. Have I done any good in the world today? Have I helped anyone in need? What am I doing to raise the vibrational frequency in the world.

Today i am inspired by the spiritual lessons I learn from cooking shows. Cooking for me is not just something I do to feed my family and others; it is a way I am of service to the Ultimate one. As I listen to people reflect on their life journeys and their creative processes, I hear their testimonies of what the Ultimate one has bought them through. They reflected on how they overcame their addictions, amputations, battles with cancer, and so much more. They cook because they are overcomers. What I have noticed is how, intentionally or not, those who win are the ones who are humble. They do not brag about how awesome they are. They give thanks to all those who raised and trained them and the gifts they have been given. There is something so powerful about being in the midst of humbleness and humility. It reminds me that the Ultimate one speaks to each of us in ways we recognize and respond to.

Today i am inspired by the new things we are trying together. It’s not just about me, it is about us as a couple and a family. It is about how we support each other and how we encourage each other to step outside our own comfort zones. We support each other and there is something about her faith in me that gives me the courage to step forward and sometimes even jump.

Today i am inspired by the pros and cons of binge watching. I rarely binge watch, but when I do it is to learn. I see people practicing what they preach or not and am reminded to walk in my legacy as the Ultimate’s daughter and to work humbly to grow and evolve. Each day I work on growing and evolving as a human being. As I so often say, its all about the journey.

Today i am inspired by the desire to find my own secret rules. Part of this journey is looking at the rules I inherited from when I did not know I had the ability to write on my own. I scour through my thoughts and my heart seeking them out. It is time for them to no longer be secrets which limit my growth and evolution. It is time for new rules, that are not secret and keep me moving forward on my journey.

Today I am inspired by the constellation in my life. I sometimes just see one star in my life. Then one day, for some reason, I begin to connect all the starts and I see the constellation and see one insight into how the Ultimate one has been guiding me and my journey. Would I even be able to do this if I were not intentional about using my spiritual practices?

Today I am inspired by the wisdom I receive from others. Every person, every experience, everything I read, feeds and teaches me. Life is my classroom and all that surrounds me is my teacher.

Today I am inspired by what I have learned in the first 70 years of my life. I find it so hard to celebrate myself. I find myself wanting to celebrate all the teachers in my life and my life itself. It has taught me to walk humbly, to give thanks, to be welcoming, to never stop growing and to always make time for the one who has been with me since the moment I was born. People may have come and gone from my life, but the Ultimate one, has been with me before I was even born into this world. When I struggled at my birth, the Ultimate one made it clear I had lessons to learn and teach and so I survived.

Today I am inspired by the power of translation. I am humbled by how the Ultimate one answers my prayers and addresses all my concerns and struggles in a way that only I can see and recognize. You know me so well and always speak to me in a way that enables me to continue growing and evolving in my journey. You hear my simple prayers and my struggles, and you translate your wisdom and inspiration so I can bring it into being. I may be the one listed as the teacher, but you are the teacher’s teacher.

i am inspired by the information I am finding and learning in my courses. You are my teacher. You are my major professor, the one who guides me to and through the courses I so need. Like now, you are helping me to remember the work I am creating is not about me, it is about the legacy that will be left behind of the ability of your creations to make this world here as it is in your realm. You are helping me to understand how I can help build systems that will help withstand all the changes life can bring. Democracy can be threatened by people that come and go, but everything we do that strengthens our culture and systems will help it withstand all the tests of time

Today i am inspired by the courage to look within. Isn’t this where I started this month, being inspired to look within. Doing so has brought me to a place of peace and understanding. It has helped me to remember that what I have been learning to do is not about me and my ideas, it is about you – the one who opened this door for me, the one who led me down a path that did not seem like it was for me at all. Here I stand at the end of this leg of this journey, and you keep teaching me, surrounding me with teachers who give me the space to struggle with the secret rules within me, a partner and a support circle who support and believe in me. You keep speaking to me in ways I cannot even explain until I hear you and learn a lesson which requires me to dig deep within, grow and evolve and take yet another step outside of my comfort zone. I step forward because I am brave. I am an overcomer. I am who I am because I was created by I am and am consistently becoming who I am being transformed into being, each step of this journey.
What a journey, I have been through this month and I was just now given the ability to see it all and I am reminded that I am more than an overcomer. I am unstoppable. The Ultimate one has given me armor that will protect me each and every moment of my life.
