Today I am grateful for my friend eileen who i can be so honest and open with. I am grateful for giving myself permission to rest yesterday. i am grateful for what I get done and for what I do not. I am grateful for the roof over my head and the clothes on my back. I am grateful for the water which flows into our home and indoor pluming. I am grateful for all the appliances I have which make my life easier.
