I woke up this morning
listening to the sound of silence
and it reminded me
I need more of you.
You are more than a thing,
you are a journey
that brings me from the amusement park of life
to the most amazing place filled with nothing
but Silence.
When I am with you,
it is as if I am in
a spiritual sauna
where every cell of my being
has you massaged into me.
Listening to you defies description.
With you, I hear what I can only hear
when I am with you.
Being with you,
opens all of me up,
all of my senses
and I experience myself,
my environment and my life,
in ways, I can only experience with you
You, my dear Silence
cleanse me,
you rejuvenate me,
you renew me, and
you promise me that you will come again
and guide me back to you
and then you do
and the joy of being
with you fills me again.
