Twinkle, twinkle,
all the stars,
You keep me wondering
and gazing at you
and as I do
you anchor me.
I sit and feel the anxiety leave my body.
I feel your blackness
wrap around me
like a blanket of peace.
I feel a closeness with you
that reminds me
of being rocked to peace,

all you stars,
I gaze at you and
feel our embrace,
as I sit in the awe
of all you have created
and are creating
whether we see it or not.

all you stars
you seem so little,
like individual stars.
Then I open my vision, and
I see how you are part
of something bigger
and so am I.
My little sparkle may not seem like much,
but I am part of
what raise the vibrations
which radiates love
and makes a difference.
I am part of
but not all of it.

all you stars,
I am drawn to you
because you are more than
a constellation of stars.
You are a reflection of my soul.
You remind me of your eternal presence
and that you will guide me
as you have guided others for centuries.

thank you for
speaking to me
allowing me to gaze upon you
and experience you
gazing at me.

because through you I experience
