When I hear the word noon
I stop and chuckle
and remember a play I was in
called Noon.
Then I stop,
give thanks
and take a moment
to pray,
Noon
is not just a
time to eat
but also to give thanks
and pray
a time to reflect
on what we have
and all which surrounds us
Noon
is a time
to stop,
sit,
listen,
and just be
grateful
it is noon.
